Self-confidence is the key to everything in leadership really.... not that blustering, bullying, railroading version that we were taught was how to run a business, but the confidence to listen, to learn from others, to focus on the task in hand and say no to the other stuff, to not answer some emails, to go to the meetings that matter, to employ people bigger than ourselves and let them get on with it.

If we could all manage that, work would be a better place....
