About Me

I am an executive coach with a passion for helping people and businesses to succeed. People often ask me why they should choose coaching. My answer? Return on investment. We train people to perform most roles but when they become managers and leaders, the training often runs out. For a fraction of the salary of a new or experienced leader, coaching can deliver confidence, perspective and real return on investment for a business.

My experience includes 5 years as COO of a global public affairs consultancy, working closely with the CEO to grow the business to cover 60 markets globally.

I have also run my own business, worked as an adviser to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and as part of the senior management team of a professional society. I trained as a lawyer and hold an Executive Coaching qualification from the Association for Coaching.
